Role Overview

Hybrid - New York, New Jersey, Connecticut

We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle for our client’s platforms powered by Salesforce Field Service (FSM). This is a great opportunity for a Senior Product Manager who thinks strategically about operational workflows, understands Salesforce FSM deeply, drives accountability across teams and can balance near term delivery with long term platform design.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end product journey — from high-level vision and discovery to the hands-on optimization and expansion, ensuring that Salesforce Field Service is configured, enhanced, and scaled to meet the evolving needs of production scheduling, creative workflows, asset coordination, and operational management.

You will sit at the intersection of business operations and technology, serving as the connective tissue between stakeholders and Salesforce platform delivery teams.

What you’ll do
  • Define the Vision: Own the product roadmap for Ops capabilities, aligning platform enhancements with long-term business unification goals.
  • Lead discovery, requirements definition, and backlog prioritization across scheduling, production operations, creative workflows and field execution.
  • Manage backlog prioritization and release planning across iterative delivery cycles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface for leadership, Salesforce engineering teams, and executive sponsors to drive clarity on timelines and outcomes.
  • Translate operational pain points into structured product solutions.
  • Facilitate prioritization discussions, trade-off decisions, and roadmap alignment.
  • Drive clarity around ownership, accountability, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Orchestration:
Leverage FSM for work order management, dispatch optimization, resource assignment, and asset tracking.
  • Technical Partnership: Collaborate with Salesforce architects to optimize configurations, incorporate AI-driven scheduling, and improve automation/notifications.
  • System Integration: Ensure seamless CRM integration and reporting layers to provide a 360-degree view of production readiness.
  • Define KPIs:
Track operational metrics such as scheduling efficiency, production throughput, and mobile app adoption/satisfaction.
  • Iterative Growth:
Use data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and ensure a measurable ROI from the Salesforce FSM investment.
What you’ll bring
  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner or with a min 5 years of experience in an agile environment (SaaS or B2B).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Salesforce Expertise:
Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service…
