DevOps Engineer

At Commotion, we are looking for a technically hands‑on Dev Ops Engineer who will architect, build, secure, and scale our multi‑cloud infrastructure while collaborating with engineers and driving operational excellence. You will be a core pillar in building a resilient, secure, and highly automated platform that supports rapid product innovation.

• Actively contribute to multi‑cloud Dev Ops strategy across AWS/Azure/GCP, with deep hands‑on expertise in at least one cloud.
• Architect and govern multi‑account/project/subscription environments with strong IAM, networking, and cost controls.
• Own Kubernetes platforms end‑to‑end with strong command over the CNCF ecosystem.
• Design and scale CI/CD systems using Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Tekton, and Git Ops tools like ArgoCD/Flux.
• Build robust observability systems across cloud and Kubernetes (Prometheus, Thanos, Victoria Metrics, etc.).
• Drive cloud, API, and Kubernetes security across the full service lifecycle.
• Lead security audits, vulnerability management, and compliance initiatives.
• Ensure production reliability, scalability, and high availability.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, leadership, vendors, and customers with clarity and accountability.
• Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure startup environment.

• Deep Kubernetes production experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture & networking.
• Proven experience handling multi‑environment governance.
• Strong CI/CD and Git Ops mindset.
• Security‑first thinking with audit exposure.
• Excellent communication skills and ownership mindset.
• Comfortable working in aggressive startup environments.
