Sr. Program Manager Logistics and Fulfillment , Global Selling Lat Am
About Amazon Global Selling:
We empower Latin American entrepreneurs to build global brands. Our mission goes beyond enabling cross-border transactions: we are building the infrastructure, capabilities, and operating models that allow LATAM sellers to compete at a global level, scale sustainably, and unlock long-term profitability in the U.S. marketplace.
We believe international expansion should not be limited by geography, logistics complexity, or operational barriers. Through scalable programs, data-driven insights, and world-class fulfillment solutions, we enable sellers to grow from local champions into global leaders.
Key job responsibilities- (1) Seller Profitability & Inventory Performance:
Drive initiatives to improve In-Stock Rate, Sell-Through, and inventory health, reducing attrition and unlocking sustainable profitability for LATAM sellers. - (2) Cross-Border Logistics Strategy:
Design and implement scalable shipping models (Small Parcel, LTL/FTL, consolidation, AWD) that optimize cost, speed, and reliability. - (3) Cost & Fee Optimization:
Build data-driven frameworks to reduce fee leakage, improve cost-to-GMS ratios, and increase long-term seller retention. - (4) End-to-End Program Leadership:
Own program roadmaps and execution across Global Selling, FBA, Logistics to deliver measurable business impact. - (5) Scalable Seller
Experience:
Develop automated, programmatic solutions that simplify logistics complexity while elevating seller education and operational excellence.
The day begins with a structured review of core performance metrics:
In-Stock Rate, IPI distribution, Sell-Through, shipment defects, and fee-to-GMS ratios, identifying priority gaps impacting seller profitability and retention.
You then lead cross-functional alignment sessions with Logistics, FBA, SEND, and external providers teams to assess ongoing pilots and define next actions. Discussions focus on cost optimization (Small Parcel vs LTL vs consolidation vs AWD), defect reduction, and scalable seller segmentation strategies.
Midday is dedicated to data deep dives: analyzing attrition drivers, shipment patterns, inventory health inputs, and cost structures to design targeted, high-impact interventions.
You drive roadmap execution by translating insights into clear program milestones, stakeholder owners, and measurable KPIs.
The day concludes with executive updates and decision framing balancing short-term operational improvements with long-term cross-border logistics strategy to strengthen seller experience and sustainable profitability.
