• Analyze social performance data and real-time CT trends to iterate on viral campaigns and maintain Injective's position at the center of crypto culture.

• 3+ years of specialized experience managing social media and marketing for a crypto startup, ideally within an L1 or DeFi protocol.
• Proven track record of growing social accounts and managing significant KOL budgets with a deep, existing network of Web3 influencers.
• Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to navigate Discord, Telegram, and X natively while tracking emerging crypto narratives.
