Company Description
The Data and Audience Strategy group is a specialized team within the agency acting as digital data and ad technology experts. Audience data can help inform media decisions and this position supports this process with the media team. This will include collaboration with internal groups who own Audience/Programmatic Strategy, Multi‑Touch Attribution, and Dynamic Creative Optimization.
Job DescriptionThe Manager, Data and Audience Strategy will specifically be responsible for activating audience data and managing the technology platforms that drive better marketing decisions. This highly motivated, detail‑oriented individual manages processes around targeting data, generates reports to understand key insights, and overall executes on the client’s investments in data and the DMP.
Responsibilities- Manage day‑to‑day DMP operations
- Execute on audience data to impact media strategies for client account(s)
- Manage the process of defining audiences to be targeted, sharing data with partners, and tracking and compiling performance reports regarding audience groups
- Integrate with the media planning team to make the DMP a central tool for smarter planning
- Act as internal resource to demonstrate agency knowledge of data strategies
- Support and/or manage writing of media deliverables (timelines, POVs, RFPs, presentations, etc.)
- Maintain knowledge of current DMP/Programmatic media trends
- B.A. or B.S., preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or Data Science
- 3+ years of experience preferred in digital media, ad technology, ad operations, or analytics; self‑starter who is quick to learn and eager to contribute
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects
- Familiarity with basic accounting/math principles; basic statistical analysis experience is a plus

Compensation Range: $88,540 - $141,687 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
