Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst, Business Operations with experience in the advertising media workforce. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, evaluating technology solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of media and financial technologies within our operations. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time and within budget, working alongside project managers to achieve these goals.

This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Do Coordination (5%)
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify business and technology needs.
  • Organize upgrades and hot‑fix deployments to maintain system stability.
  • Implement new procedures and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Help support financial application leads with third‑party integrations that work with our ERP, Net Suite.
Analysis (20%)
  • Analyze business issues to determine root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Evaluate findings from discovery sessions and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Assist internal teams in identifying and implementing best practices for financial and media technologies.
  • Assess available technology and recommend solutions that align with business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Documentation (5%)
  • Author functional and technical specifications for new financial and media technology implementations.
  • Document system functionalities, middleware, and ERP integrations.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive user documentation, process guides, and training materials.
  • Create visualization diagrams for current and proposed workflows.
  • Develop project plans and collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines are met.
  • Prepare and review testing plans, scenarios, and outcomes with user communities to secure sign‑off.
  • Collect and document feedback from training and discovery sessions.
QA/Troubleshooting (40%)
  • Provide second‑level support for critical business applications, particularly financial and media technologies.
  • Offer first‑level support for third‑party integrations.
  • Validate development work against documented requirements.
  • Test and implement new financial and media business applications.
  • Conduct tests on upgrades to existing business applications.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate parties with necessary documentation.
  • Conduct QA and work on user documentation for any functional changes.
Relationship Management (30%)
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, including stakeholders, users, and developers.
  • Support and coordinate with external teams and vendors.
  • Prepare executive communications and monthly team updates.
  • Collect and communicate statistics related to system performance and usage.
