Data Scientist

Echos.ai is looking for a Data Scientist who is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and building intelligent data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to develop machine learning models, analyze complex datasets, and help drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning and statistical models to solve business problems.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract insights and identify trends.
• Design and build predictive models, recommendation systems, and data-driven solutions.
• Work closely with data engineering and product teams to deploy scalable ML models into production.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical reports.
• Continuously improve model performance and monitor production models.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R.
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, or PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience working with SQL and large datasets.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python visualization libraries.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
