We’re looking for someone who sees patterns where others see noise. Someone who gets mildly annoyed when markets behave irrationally—but even more excited when they can exploit it.

We deploy capital across global markets. Equities, options, futures—if it trades and misprices, it’s fair game. Our edge comes from people who think independently, test aggressively, and aren’t afraid to discard their own ideas when the data disagrees.

You won’t be handed a playbook. You’ll help write it.

• Turn messy, high-dimensional data into tradable signals
• Build, test, and kill strategies (yes, killing them is part of the job)
• Put real capital behind your ideas—and live with the results
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and other traders who will challenge your assumptions daily
• Continuously refine models in response to changing market behavior
• Decide what matters—and ignore what doesn’t

• You have a track record of finding signal in noise (markets, data science, competitions, research—anything)
• You’re comfortable being wrong—and fast at correcting it
• You think in probabilities, not certainties
• You can code (Python is a must; anything else is a bonus)
• You understand risk—not just mathematically, but emotionally
• You ask better questions than most people ask answers
• You’ve built and traded your own strategies
• You’ve lost money and can explain exactly why
