Job Description:

We are seeking supplemental technical resources to provide configuration and provisioning services for IT laptop and/or tablet devices in support of a large New York City deployment project. We will provide all staging and provisioning services at our Integration Center, located in Staten Island, NY.

We are rolling out a large Chromebook project and are looking to bring on a team of candidates interested in growing their technical expierence.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with lunch)
• Pay: $18/hour
• Imaging, packaging, and repackaging laptops
• Provisioning and etching devices
• General support for procurement and rollout

Scope of Services

The general scope of service activities will include the set-up, configuration, provisioning, and testing for all applicable products. Listed below are high-level tasks that would be included for all products to be provisioned. All specific provisioning steps, instructions, steps, and customer requirements will be thoroughly documented per ISO 9001 procedures as approved per final client processes and will be required to be followed precisely at all times.

High level tasks will include:

• a. Verify applicable hardware devices
• b. Verify all items and accessories are included with the device
• c. Perform hardware power on and functionality test
• d. Apply latest customer approved applications, images, etc.
• e. Provide all provisioning steps, per latest customer ISO 9001 approved scripts.
• f. Apply Asset Tags
• h. Complete all required testing and QA procedures.
• i. Complete and prepare products for shipment.
