If you would have joined Palantir, Nest, or Tesla at the very early start to build an infrastructure from scratch — not just clean datasets — this is that role.

As intelligent machines proliferate into every part of the physical world, we humans still lack a defense layer to ensure the systems and devices we rely on remain aligned with us.

We're building that layer today by deploying alongside the world's highest-stakes teams — Olympic delegations, F1 paddocks, halftime shows, global tours, studio productions, senior government officials, and executive protection units. What we learn there becomes the foundation for a civilization-defining capability.

• You’ll define how the system is used as the first dedicated full stack engineer
• There’s no existing interface for this category
• Your work is deployed and tested by real users from day one
• Operate in high-stake, high-visibility environments you might not talk about, but won’t ever forget
• Shape product direction and technical roadmap
• Gain pre-Series A ownership as one of the first 10 engineers

• Polyglot engineer (JS + Python + Rust/Go preferred) who can quickly pick up new tools when needed.
• Comfortable deploying and integrating with cloud systems (AWS/GCP) in production environments.
• 5+ years shipping production systems where reliability matters.
• Worked with LLMs, vector databases, and prompt pipelines.
• Operates independently, ships fast, and holds a high bar for output
• U.S. Person status required (may involve export-controlled data)

• Built iOS applications
• Tinkered with IoT or spatial computing (BLE/WiFi, AR/VR)
• Obsess over code-quality (Sonar Qube or similar)
• Built secure operational dashboards or admin workflows
• Optimized database performance under scale

• Own user-facing systems and internal tools.
• Build product systems across web, mobile, and internal tooling.
• Integrate with backend systems and deploy product-facing services.
• Leverage LLMs, graph reasoning, and sensor fusion across production systems.
• Ensure reliability through testing, automation, and tight feedback loops.
• Work directly with elite users globally (10-15% travel)

Base salary up to $220,000
, depending on qualifications, experience, and impact. Total compensation includes equity, premium insurance, 401(k), flexible PTO, and other individual benefits.

You’ll join us on-site at our HQ in New York City with occasional domestic and global deployments.
