We seek an entry‑level AI Analyst to join our team and work directly with the Chief Product & Technology Officer to research, prototype, and implement AI solutions for our products and processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), with a self‑starter mentality and the ability to quickly learn and adapt in this rapidly evolving space.

• Work directly with the Chief Product & Technology Officer to identify opportunities for AI integration.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools with potential applications for our business.
• Prototype AI‑powered solutions to enhance our products and improve internal workflows.
• Implement and deploy production‑ready AI capabilities that create measurable improvements.
• Lead the rollout of successful AI solutions to teams across the organization.
• Provide hands‑on support and troubleshooting during implementation phases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and develop AI‑driven solutions.
• Stay current with the latest developments in GenAI, LLMs, and related technologies.
• Document findings, implementations, and best practices for AI applications.
• Train and educate team members on effectively leveraging AI technologies.
• Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders highlighting AI implementation and business impact.
• Analyze the impact of AI implementations and make data‑driven recommendations for improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience (personal projects, coursework, and self‑directed learning highly valued).
• Demonstrated passion for GenAI and LLMs through personal projects, online courses, or contributions.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and natural language processing.
• Experience with AI platforms and tools (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in AI applications (Python, JavaScript).
• Experience taking projects from concept to implementation in a collaborative environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify AI solutions that drive tangible business value.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex AI concepts to business stakeholders.
• Experience creating compelling presentations and documentation for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a curiosity‑driven approach to learning.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to learn independently in a rapidly changing field.
• Enthusiasm for teaching others and sharing knowledge about AI applications.

Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000.
