System Administrator L1 (MSP) - Manhattan, NY

Join a fast-growing, mission-driven tech team that supports the healthcare heroes keeping our communities safe. We’re looking for an experienced IT Technician with strong MSP roots who’s ready to level up their impact in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

About the Role

In this full-time, in-office position (with occasional remote Fridays), you’ll serve as a technical backbone to our operations, handling advanced support and onsite client visits. You’ll troubleshoot and configure complex network environments, support Microsoft 365 and Ring Central VOIP, and ensure uptime and efficiency for the systems that power healthcare delivery across the country.

What You'll Do

• Serve as Level 2 support for network, server, and endpoint issues
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain firewalls, switches, APs, and VPNs
• Manage Office 365 environments and Ring Central VOIP systems
• Deliver world-class customer support and documentation
• Collaborate with and mentor junior team members
• Occasionally travel to client sites (Brooklyn & surrounding – mileage reimbursed)

What You Bring

• 4+ years of hands-on IT experience (2+ in an MSP environment)
• Strong experience with networking equipment (Fortinet, Sonic Wall, Cisco, Ubiquiti, Juniper)
• Office 365 and Active Directory expertise
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize tickets independently
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
