IT Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our clients team on a dynamic, project-driven basis. In this role, you'll be the vital link between business stakeholders and the IT team, analyzing business needs, identifying impactful technology solutions, and ensuring successful implementations. • Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with client business stakeholders to gather detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and uncover areas for improvement, recommending technology-driven solutions.
• Documentation & User Stories: Prepare user stories, process flows, business requirements documents, and other artifacts to effectively communicate business needs.
• Technical Translation: Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications that are actionable for the IT development team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the clients IT team, project managers, and subject matter experts to align on project goals and milestones.
• Testing & Validation: Ensure solutions meet business requirements through testing and user acceptance processes, refining as necessary.
• User Training & Support: Provide support and training to business users on new systems, enhancing overall user adoption and satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Keep an eye on evolving business needs and proactively recommend updates to existing systems and processes.

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

  3-5 years as a business analyst, ideally within IT-focused or technology-driven roles.
