EUC/Desktop Engineer
- 8-12 years of L1/L2 hands‑on experience to support End User Computing deskside services.
- Proficient in English to provide IT services.
- Ready to provide support over the Phone Calls and Deskside support, including weekends as per roster.
- Onsite customer location work only (no offline or WFH).
- Resolve Incidents and Service Request tickets for EUC equipment, EUC software, IT applications, providing break/fix support, advice, and assistance to Customer Users.
- Provide equipment and hardware support including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, direct attached printers, local printers, scanners, and wireless networking.
- Mobile Device Management support for smartphones and tablets as well as desktop devices such as engineering workstations.
- Leverage Customer’s EUC Mobile Device Management Tools for secure and remote support and operations.
- Configure and implement enterprise device group policies; ensure MDM processes follow Customer defined security practices, including identity verification prior to enrolling new devices.
- Fully COVID vaccinated (mandatory).
- Certification:
Any relevant certification (preferred).
$85,000-$110,000 a year
