We are looking for an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging your expertise in SAP technology to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results.

In this role, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations. You will gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading work streams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients’ SAP environments.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules.
• Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Manufacturing, complemented by robust business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or work streams.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.

On your typical engagement, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to assess their needs and provide insights on SAP capabilities in manufacturing and quality management. You will lead requirement gathering, solution design, blueprinting, testing, and documentation. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders and the technical team to translate requirements into effective business solutions, overseeing configurations, customizations, and integrations with both SAP and non‑SAP systems.

• A bachelor’s degree (4‑year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or discrete manufacturing environments.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 HANA, with deep functional expertise in Production Planning (PP).
• Strong expertise in SAP PP configuration, master data, and end‑to‑end process design, including Material Master, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, and Production Versions.
• In‑depth knowledge of production planning and execution processes, including MRP Live, Predictive MRP, DDMRP, capacity planning, and production order scheduling.
• Experience supporting multiple production strategies, including Make‑to‑Stock (MTS), Make‑to‑Order (MTO), Assemble‑to‑Order (ATO), and Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO).
• Solid understanding of SAP PP integration with related modules such as Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Familiarity with PP‑EWM integration, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) within SAP S/4
