Guide the evolution of the software suite by identifying emerging industry needs and systemic trends across the user base.
Manage the full client lifecycle
, from initial configuration through to long-term feature adoption.Standardize essential processes by creating documentation, training modules, and playbooks that support efficient, scalable rollouts.
Proactively manage risk by identifying implementation blockers early, resolving technical hurdles, and ensuring high standards for ongoing client success.
Industry Tenure: Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or asset performance roles within multifamily, real estate, or related sectors.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level understanding of the factors that shape pricing, including demand-side data, occupancy constraints, and the decision-making logic behind rent setting.
