The Global Digital Commerce organization shapes the vision, growth, and execution of all digital businesses across Harry’s, Flamingo, Mando, and Lume. We design and deliver digital experiences that connect our customers to our products while building infrastructure for long‑term omnichannel success. The team operates at the intersection of brand, customer, innovation, and technology. DTC is the heartbeat of our business – from launch to community building, product innovation, and direct customer interaction.
Aboutthe Role
We are looking for a seasoned eCommerce/DTC executive to serve as VP, Head of Global DTC
. The leader will set the strategy for DTC businesses across all our sites globally, primarily in the US, ensuring each brand’s digital experience reflects its unique identity while benefiting from shared enterprise capabilities. The role will inspire a global team across UX, marketing, engineering, supply chain, and customer service and be a senior member of the company accountable for business results across all four brands.

- Define the Multi‑Brand DTC Strategy
:
Build and execute a global strategy that scales DTC across Harry’s, Flamingo, Mando, and Lume while respecting their unique positioning. - Deliver Across Portfolios
:
Own the KPIs for all brand DTC channels, aligning strategies with broader omnichannel goals. - Lead & Develop Senior Leaders
:
Manage the Heads of DTC for each brand, fostering strong leadership and talent development across teams. - Balance Global Scale & Local Relevance
:
Leverage shared platforms (e.g., Shopify eco‑system), tools, and best practices while empowering localized innovation. - Champion Omnichannel Consistency
:
Partner with retail and wholesale leaders to ensure digital aligns seamlessly with offline touchpoints, pricing, and promotions. - Elevate the Customer Experience

Ensure that every digital experience—from site navigation to checkout to post‑purchase—delights customers and deepens loyalty. - Customer Service Excellence
:
Cultivate the entire customer journey, develop best practices, and leverage data and AI to improve the broader DTC business. - Drive Innovation
:
Explore new capabilities (e.g., GenAI, personalization), business models, and product innovation to meet brand goals. - Be the Voice of Digital at the Table

Represent digital priorities with leadership and partners, ensuring digital commerce is central to the company’s value proposition.
- 15+ years of leadership experience in DTC, global digital commerce, and digital strategy.
- Track record of scaling multi‑brand or portfolio digital businesses with P&L ownership and understanding of brand‑led commerce.
- Strong people leader experienced developing leaders and large global teams.
- Skilled at balancing brand differentiation with enterprise‑wide scale and efficiency.
- Customer‑obsessed, translating customer needs into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communicator and influencer, aligning stakeholders, partners, and brand leaders.
- Analytically fluent, comfortable with data and root‑cause analysis, creating strategic plans.
- Deep expertise in an end‑to‑end DTC business within an omnichannel portfolio, driving revenue, margin, and customer growth.
- Adept with digital platforms, e‑commerce tech stacks, and modern UX/product practices.
- Versed in best practices for UX/UI, leading a multi‑brand architecture strategy, partnering with engineers and technology partners.
