Lead, Enterprise Compute Virtualization Platforms

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead, Enterprise Compute Virtualization Platforms to join our Infrastructure Engineering team. This role is in NY/NJ.

• Lead and manage teams responsible for enterprise compute virtualization platforms and services.
• Define and execute strategy for virtualization technologies across on‑premises and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Oversee design, implementation, lifecycle management, and optimization of virtualization platforms.
• Ensure platform availability, resiliency, capacity, and performance meet business and operational requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of information technology; 10+ years in infrastructure engineering, with significant experience in compute and virtualization platforms. Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers and technical teams.
• Deep expertise in enterprise virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere/ESXi, Nutanix, Open Shift virtual infrastructure management, clustering, HA/DRS, and related ecosystem tools.

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $155,000 and $175,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Base salary will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long‑term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.
