Tier 1 Desktop Support / Help Desk Technician (100% On‑Site)
$65,000-$75,000 + benefits
A private school in South Brooklyn is seeking an entry‑level IT professional to provide on‑site desktop and help desk support. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants hands‑on experience supporting real users in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Front‑line technical support for students and staff
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and classroom tech issues
- Support Windows, Mac, and Chromebook devices
- Assist with device imaging, repairs, and inventory
- Document issues in a ticketing system
- 6 months – 2 years of IT or help desk experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working fully on‑site
- Interest in learning and growing within IT
