Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer to support modernization of enterprise US network infrastructure. The role focuses on improving reliability, security, and scalability using advanced networking technologies including Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela).
Must Have Skills- 15+ years of Network Engineering experience
- Strong expertise in Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela)
- Deep knowledge of WAN, LAN, and SD-WAN architecture design & implementation
- Strong experience in Cisco routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
- Expertise in Cisco LAN switching (STP, RSTP, MSTP, VLANs, Ether Channel, stacking)
- Hands‑on experience with Layer 2 & Layer 3 troubleshooting, QoS, segmentation, redundancy
- Experience with Wireless LAN & NAC (Cisco ISE, Aruba Clear Pass / WLAN)
- Strong experience in network design, LLD, implementation plans, and documentation
- Experience in incident management, escalation handling, and performance optimization
- Hands‑on with Service Now change management and RoC documentation
- Strong stakeholder and vendor coordination skills
- CCNP required; CCIE preferred
- Design, implement, and maintain WAN/LAN/SD-WAN infrastructure
- Lead network modernization and upgrade initiatives
- Develop detailed designs, implementation plans, and runbooks
- Troubleshoot complex network incidents and performance issues
- Ensure security, compliance, and high availability standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and managed service providers
- Manage change requests and operational readiness documentation
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in large-scale enterprise network environments
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
