Key Requirements
- Strong recent Waterfall methodology experience
- Fixed-bid/fixed-fee consulting project experience required

- 13–22 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
- Strong recent experience working within Waterfall SDLC environments.
- Proven experience supporting:
- Platform implementations
- Application development programs
- Application migration initiatives
- Enterprise modernization programs
- Experience working within fixed-bid/fixed-fee consulting engagements.
- Strong IT Services & Consulting background required.
- Excellent documentation, process analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, or related certifications preferred.
- Public sector or government transformation initiatives
- Enterprise digital transformation programs
- Complex multi-stakeholder environments
- Large-scale systems integration initiatives
