Sr. Analyst, Reporting and Data Management
As a Sr. Analyst at Ovative Group, you will work with client‑facing teams, product, and data engineers to build reports that unlock insights for internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities- Build effective, efficient reporting solutions at scale; configure templates to meet client business needs.
- Support stakeholder training and troubleshooting for reporting solutions.
- Enable and maintain client‑facing data quality and readiness.
- Advocate for report configuration flexibility and scalability across diverse client portfolio.
- Ensure solutions meet security and usability standards.
- Support migration of existing clients to new reporting solutions, continually improving and maintaining existing reports.
- Work with internal teams:
Client Services, Data Engineering, Measurement Solutions, Product, and Activate. - Understand user needs and constraints, leverage insights to create and adopt consistent reporting standards.
- Educate and train users on tools and reports.
- Occasionally interact professionally with clients.
- Learn and advocate media reporting best practices.
- Advocate product improvements based on client needs.
- Drive client adoption and expertise in Tableau, Databricks, and related tools.
- Quantify impact and prioritize outcomes.
- Influence future reporting solutions.
- Proactively drive and manage work independently with initial direction.
- Communicate openly, ask questions, express point of view.
- Foster open communication and 360‑degree feedback culture.
- 3+ years experience with paid media metrics, marketing analytics, attribution methods.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel; data visualization tools.
- Basic understanding of data warehousing and engineering concepts.
- Preferred:
Business intelligence expertise (Tableau, GLS, etc.). - Preferred: SQL and basic query writing; familiarity with Python or R.
- Preferred:
Git Hub/version control tools.
Base salary range $75,000–$93,000, inclusive of a 15% annual bonus.
