The Senior Manager: AI Transformation is a key delivery leader within the Firm’s IT Strategy & Transformation team, responsible for executing transformation initiatives and driving adoption of AI-enabled technologies across the firm. This role focuses on translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring measurable outcomes that enhance productivity and client service.

Reporting to the Director: IT Strategy and Transformation, the Senior Manager partners closely with business stakeholders and IT delivery teams. It emphasizes collaboration, working with Client Engineering, Technology Services, Data & Analytics, Legal Technology & Innovation, Enterprise Platforms, and the PMO to co-drive solution definition and delivery.

The Senior Manager monitors key performance metrics, identifies gaps, and works with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and continuous improvements. By contributing to dashboards, executive reporting, and value realization frameworks, this role ensures transparency and accountability for transformation outcomes. The Senior Manager ensures transformations are focused, sequenced, and visible.

This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented leader who thrives on collaboration, execution excellence, and delivering tangible business value through technology adoption. The successful candidate will also serve as an evangelist for emerging technologies, inspiring teams to explore the art of the possible and champion innovative solutions that drive transformative impact across the firm.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

Transformation Enablement & AI Adoption
:

  • Drive the implementation and adoption of the Firm’s AI and digital transformation strategies across practice groups and business service teams
  • Ensure AI technologies are seamlessly embedded into workflows, aligned with Firm priorities, and compliant with governance standards
  • Drive transformation activities such as process analysis, journey mapping, and business process redesign to maximize efficiency and value delivery
  • Collaborate with legal, business services, and IT teams to identify opportunities for innovation and technology-driven improvements, and co-own successful delivery

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Build and sustain strong, collaborative relationships with business, practice group, and functional leaders to understand evolving needs and challenges
  • Develop targeted engagement programs to increase awareness and accelerate adoption of transformative technologies
  • Synthesizes user stories, best practices, and “Voice of the User” insights to identify opportunities, surface pain points, and inform transformation priorities

Change, Adoption & Communication
