The Solution Engineer role is a senior level position responsible for leading a variety of engineering activities including the design, prompting, and leveraging technology acumen for option matrix decision‑making in coordination with Ops, Risk, and Technology teams. The overall objective of this role is to lead efforts to ensure quality standards are being met within existing and planned framework and to enable AI Accelerated Product Development Lifecycle strategy.

• Serve as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders and provide direction for all firm mandated controls and compliance initiatives, all projects within the group and in creating a technology domain roadmap
• Lead analysis of functional requirements and solutions design
• Evaluate options and present comparative analysis with recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Apply in-depth domain knowledge of financial services to multi‑dimensional business problems
• Design enterprise‑wide solutions leveraging solutions, business, technical, and data architecture
• Architect structured prompt frameworks tailored toward business related outcomes. Most be proficient in ~
  • Chain‑of‑thought (CoT) and tree‑of‑thought (ToT) prompting
  • Few‑shot and zero‑shot prompting strategies
  • Role‑based and persona‑driven prompt design
  • Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline architecture
• Proficiency for optimized prompts to adhere to accuracy, latency, and compliance requirements
• Design multi‑step reasoning pipelines for domain‑specific problem solving
• Ensure that all integration of functions meet business goals
• Recommend product customization for system integration
• Identify problem causality, business impact and root causes
• Impact the engineering function by influencing decisions through advice, counsel or facilitating services
• Drives efficiency gains, enhanced controls, and extendible scalability
• Engages globally across Lines of Business and functions
• Advise or mentor junior team members
