The position is open to candidates with relevant experience and a passion for fostering high-performing teams.

• Facilitate Agile projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices.
• Mentor and coach Scrum teams to achieve optimal performance levels.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, delivery leads, and stakeholders to plan and execute initiatives.
• Support the adoption and proficient use of Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Monitor team progress, identify obstacles, and implement solutions to improve delivery outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Scrum Master certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Scrum team competencies.
• Proficiency with Agile tools including JIRA, Confluence, and Ativo.
