Product Manager, Applied Innovation

The Product Manager, Applied Innovation will be responsible for making our entire organization more efficient, connected, and data-driven — across every function.

This is not a strategy-only role.

This is about execution and measurable impact.

The mandate is simple:

Make everything more efficient — and make it measurable.

From small recurring tasks to complex cross-functional workflows.

• Identify and eliminate operational friction across departments
• Redesign workflows to reduce cycle time and manual effort
• Unify disconnected data and improve enterprise visibility
• Reduce redundant systems and siloed reporting
• Implement practical automation and AI where it creates real value
• Translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions

You will work closely with Engineering, Data, Operations, Clinical, and Revenue teams to ensure innovation is applied — not theoretical.

• Measurable reduction in manual workflows
• Clear cycle-time improvements in priority areas
• Reduced reporting duplication and better data clarity
• Validated automation or AI use cases in production
• A defined blueprint for a connected, scalable operating model

This role is about momentum and measurable wins — not long strategy decks.

• 2–4 years in operations, systems design, product, or process improvement
• Proven track record driving measurable efficiency gains
• Strong systems thinking across workflows and data
• Experience working closely with engineering and data teams
• Practical familiarity with automation and AI tools
• Ability to turn ambiguity into structured, executable plans

You should be comfortable challenging the status quo and obsessed with removing waste.

$120,000–$150,000 base salary, commensurate with experience.
