Lead, Enterprise Compute Virtualization Platforms
Location:
New York/New Jersey (NY/NJ)
- Lead and manage teams responsible for enterprise compute virtualization platforms and services.
- Define and execute strategy for virtualization technologies across on‑premises and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Oversee design, implementation, lifecycle management, and optimization of virtualization platforms.
- Ensure platform availability, resiliency, capacity, and performance meet business and operational requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred). 12–15 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of information technology, with 10+ years in infrastructure engineering and significant experience in compute and virtualization platforms. Experience in securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers and technical teams.
- Deep expertise in enterprise virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere/ESXi, Nutanix, Open Shift, clustering, HA/DRS, and related ecosystem tools.
Base salary: $155,000–$175,000 per year (at commencement of employment). Compensation may include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.
