Location: New York

The New York City Economic Development Corporation seeks a Senior Tech Support professional to provide advanced technical support to end users and assist Helpdesk personnel. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day support tickets, responding to calls and emails, and maintaining SharePoint sites.

Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of networking concepts. Evening and weekend availability is required to support operational demands.
