Position: Senior Full Stack / Backend Engineer
Location: New York

Our client is a leading independent measurement and analytics platform focused on CTV, social, podcasting, and digital media performance. Their platform helps brands, agencies, publishers, and platforms measure and optimize campaign effectiveness, creative impact, attribution, and brand lift across modern media channels.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, venture-backed technology company working at the intersection of AdTech, Mar Tech, analytics, AI, and media measurement.

Responsibilities :

• Enhance the platform's reporting, analytics, and performance measurement capabilities across the full stack
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and related technologies
• Build and optimize data processing and automation pipelines for large-scale media and analytics datasets
• Develop real-time analysis and tracking capabilities supporting campaign measurement infrastructure
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams to architect and implement technical solutions
• Improve platform scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency across cloud-native environments
• Work with both SQL and No
  
  SQL databases, including large-scale data storage and retrieval patterns
• Contribute to frontend development initiatives using modern JavaScript frameworks including Vue.js
• Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Help evaluate and implement emerging AI and analytics capabilities leveraging OpenAI and Amazon Bedrock technologies

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Backend Engineer, or Software Engineer in modern web application environments
• Strong hands-on Python development experience
• Experience building scalable APIs and web applications
• Experience with frontend technologies including Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and REST APIs
• Strong experience with No
  
  SQL and SQL databases including Mongo
  
  DB and Snowflake or similar technologies
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS services such as EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, and EMR
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and scalable application design
• Experience working with data processing technologies including Pandas and/or Py Spark
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional engineering teams

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with in AdTech, Mar Tech, Media Analytics, SaaS, or Digital Measurement platforms
• Experience with Tornado, Type Script, Wordpress/PHP, and Mark Doc
• Experience building real-time analytics or tracking platforms
• Exposure to AI/LLM integrations including OpenAI and Amazon Bedrock
• Experience with large-scale reporting and analytics systems
• Prior experience in startup or growth-stage technology environments
• Tri-State Area location preferred for occasional in-person collaboration
