Lead, Enterprise Compute Virtualization Platforms

We are looking for an experienced leader to join our Infrastructure Engineering team. This role focuses on managing and scaling enterprise compute virtualization platforms across on‑premises and hybrid infrastructure environments.

• Lead and manage teams responsible for enterprise compute virtualization platforms and services.
• Define and execute strategy for virtualization technologies across on‑premises and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Oversee design, implementation, lifecycle management, and optimization of virtualization platforms.
• Ensure platform availability, resiliency, capacity, and performance meet business and operational requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 12‑15 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of information technology, with 10+ years in infrastructure engineering focused on compute and virtualization platforms.
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers and technical teams.
• Deep expertise in enterprise virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere/ESXi, Nutanix, Open Shift virtual infrastructure management, clustering, HA/DRS, and related ecosystem tools.

Base salary: $155,000–$175,000 per year, with compensation package that may include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short- and long-term incentive packages, and company-sponsored benefit programs.
