RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a need for a Senior Maximo Delivery Consultant in Armonk, NY. This practitioner is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and optimization of Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and enterprise asset management (EAM) solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong functional knowledge, driving client outcomes through solution architecture, implementation leadership, and advisory services. This role is slated for 3-6 months on contract and will then convert to fulltime.

Client Delivery & Leadership:

* Lead end-to-end delivery of Maximo/MAS implementations, upgrades, and transformations

* Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across IT, operations, and asset management

* Own solution quality, delivery timelines, and overall client satisfaction

* Lead workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions

* Mentor junior consultants and guide cross-functional delivery teams

Solution Architecture & Design:

* Define scalable, secure, high-performing Maximo architectures (on-prem, cloud, hybrid)

* Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs

* Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, integration standards, and governance

* Provide thought leadership on MAS capabilities (Manage, Monitor, Health, Predict)

Implementation & Optimization:

* Oversee configuration, customization, and deployment of Maximo solutions

* Drive best practices across asset lifecycle, work management, and maintenance planning

* Lead data migration, testing, and cutover strategies

* Identify opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation

Sales & Practice Development:

* Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, SOW development, and client presentations

* Contribute to offerings, accelerators, and reusable assets

* Drive knowledge sharing and innovation

REQUIREMENTS:

* Relevant degree required

* Certifications and MAS/Open Shift experience preferred

* 8-12+ years of Maximo/EAM experience

* Proven success leading large-scale deployments; strong technical + functional consulting background

* Maximo/MAS Expertise:
Deep experience with MAS (7.6.x, 9.x); strong across work management, asset/location management, preventive maintenance, inventory/procurement, and service management; hands-on with workflows, escalations, and security

* Architecture & Integration:
Skilled in MIF, REST/SOAP APIs, and ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle); exposure to IoT and asset monitoring; knowledge of middleware and integration patterns (MQ, Kafka)

* Cloud &

Infrastructure: Experience deploying MAS on Open Shift and cloud (AWS, Azure); understanding of Kubernetes, containers, Dev Ops, and system performance/scalability

* Data & Analytics:

Experience with data migration, reporting (BIRT, Cognos, Power BI), and asset performance analytics

* Development & Customization:
Proficient in Java/J2EE, Jython/JavaScript scripting, and Maximo customization; strong troubleshooting of complex issues

* Industry & Functional Expertise:
Background in utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, and transportation; expertise in asset lifecycle management, RCM, and optimizing maintenance, supply chain, and field service processes

* Consulting Capabilities:
Strong in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and aligning technical solutions to business outcomes; supports change management and user adoption

* Core Competencies:

Leadership, accountability, strategic thinking, client relationship management, communication, and cross-team collaboration

* Success Profile:
Trusted advisor who balances technical depth with business acumen; delivers scalable, high-quality solutions; drives innovation and measurable value; contributes to practice growth

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
