Introduction
The T&O Ecosystem Universal Partner Experience (UPX) team leads digital transformation to deliver seamless, AI‑enabled experiences for IBM Ecosystem partners, supporting the Partner Plus program and go‑to‑market strategies through simplified, digital journeys. As a Digital Transformation Leader, you will help design and deliver AI‑enabled digital journeys that enhance end‑to‑end partner experiences, driving partner growth and business impact for IBM.
The UPX Digital Transformation Leader plays a key role in understanding business strategy and priorities and translating them into effective, AI‑enabled digital journeys. In this role, you will support the discovery and design of transformed partner experiences, help define the north‑star vision, contribute to roadmap planning. You will collaborate with design, development, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality digital solutions on time, driving incremental business value.
Your role and responsibilities
As a Digital Transformation Leader, you will:
Learn and understand business priorities and ensure alignment with the north‑star vision for each Ecosystem workstream
Contribute to defining solution features and help prioritize the delivery backlog for the squad
Represent stakeholder needs and support effective communication and expectation management
Partner with the squad to define quality expectations and participate in reviewing completed work
Apply agile practices, ceremonies, and tools while following established UPX governance processes
Support a high‑performance, inclusive team culture by demonstrating curiosity, collaboration, and a growth mindset.
Required technical and professional expertise
Ability to use AI tools to support analysis, decision‑making, and delivery of work
Foundational understanding of how AI agents and automation can be applied to re‑imagine digital experiences for partners
Experience working in agile environments and participating in agile ceremonies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem‑solving skills with a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset
Project management skills, including managing dependencies, risks, and timelines
Bachelor’s Degree
