Our client, a leading organization in the media and information industry, is seeking a Generative AI Training and Support Specialist to join their team. As a Generative AI Training and Support Specialist, you will be part of the Learning and Development department supporting the enterprise-wide adoption of AI technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for innovative technology, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning and collaboration, which will align successfully in the organization.

Generative AI Training and Support Specialist

New York, NY (On-site, 3 days per week with an anchor day of Tuesdays)

• Design and facilitate engaging live and on-demand training sessions on generative AI tools such as Hearst
  
  GPT, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude.
• Create clear, compelling learning materials including guides, job aids, and video content tailored to employees with varying levels of AI fluency.
• Support the Generative AI Champions community and other Tech Academy initiatives by coordinating sessions, managing logistics, and contributing content.
• Serve as a resource for employee inquiries regarding AI tools, use cases, and responsible AI practices, ensuring compliance with data privacy policies.
• Partner with HR, Legal, and IT stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with organizational policies and industry standards.

• 3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, adult education, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience managing enterprise AI platforms such as OpenAI or Claude enterprise environments.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in adult education, instructional design, communications, or equivalent work experience.
