In this role, you'll be a part of Amazon Key’s Direct Sales team. The team is in charge of building strategic relationships with top channel partners throughout the country. You'll be responsible for growing Amazon Key's presence through your strategic relationships with channel partners. In this role, you'll work closely with Operations (for installing products), Marketing (for how to position our products to the customer personas) & Program Management (how to scale).
It will be this team's job to manage our top strategic partnerships and serve as escalation path for the success of our building management customer service.
Amazon Key for Business is the multi-unit arm of Amazon's secure delivery team. We enable 1-Click access to Amazon logistics' delivery drivers to customers doorsteps, improving the bottom line of our last mile operations and increasing Amazon's accountability and security for property owners/managers. The Business Development team provides strategic partnerships and go-to-market strategy to drive customer adoption.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
- 3+ years of professional experience in the access control industry
- Experience with the Prop Tech industry as it relates to multifamily real estate.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $79,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
