Position Summary
Seeking a Level 1 Systems Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform Windows 10, 11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025 administration
- Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file and print services
- Support Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), Citrix, and remote management tools
- Manage low‑voltage installation, VLANs, routers, VPN, and VoIP systems (preferred)
- Provide troubleshooting for TCP/IP networking issues
- Assist with Microsoft 365 and other office productivity tools
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a systems‑administration role
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and server environments
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file‑print services
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals
- Experience with RDP, Citrix, and remote management tools
- Familiarity with VLANs, routers, VPN, and VoIP preferred
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted
