As a Dev Ops Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building, testing, and maintaining infrastructure and tools for software development and release. Your responsibilities will include:
- Improving our client’s CI/CD pipeline with features like automated rollback and canary deployments
- Setting standards for metrics, SLIs/SLOs, and alert responses
- Utilizing Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and other modern technologies
- Leading in defining and imparting best practices to the team
- Building tooling/libraries to enhance operational reliability and observability
- 5+ years of experience, with at least two in Dev Ops or SRE roles
- Proficiency in Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and CI/CD platforms like CircleCI
- Experience supporting Java production services and scripting
- Familiarity with GCP, AWS, Azure or similar cloud providers
- (Bonus) Familiarity with technologies like Pager Duty, Datadog, and Postgres
This is a full-time role based in our client’s New York office, with the option to work remotely for 3 days a week. The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $140,000 - $180,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
