Location:
New York, NY (Hybrid)
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000

Our growing client is seeking a Legal Technology Data Solutions Specialist to support litigation teams through advanced legal technology, eDiscovery platforms, and data management solutions. This role will serve as a key technical resource for attorneys, paralegals, and litigation teams by managing legal databases, supporting document review workflows, and delivering hands‑on technical guidance throughout the litigation lifecycle.
- Support litigation case teams with legal technology applications and data management tools
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot cloud-based and server-based litigation platforms
- Provide direct support for Relativity, Case Map, Text Map, Everchron, Opus, Align, Kira, and related applications
- Assist with document review workflows, eDiscovery processing, productions, and database management
- Design and maintain litigation databases, coding layouts, permissions, and user access controls
- Perform complex searches, data imports/exports, and quality control validation
- Deliver one‑on‑one and group training sessions to legal teams
- Create user guides, workflows, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and internal technical teams on litigation support initiatives
- Participate in testing and implementation of AI‑driven legal technology solutions
- Troubleshoot technical and data‑related issues in fast‑paced litigation environments
- Support document productions and ensure compliance with EDRM best practices
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of litigation support, legal technology, or eDiscovery experience within an Am Law 100 firm or corporate legal department
- Strong experience with Relativity and litigation support applications
- Advanced understanding of the EDRM lifecycle including collection, processing, review, and production
- Experience with Case Map, Text Map, Everchron, Opus, Align, Kira, and similar tools
- Strong database administration and data manipulation skills
- Advanced Excel and data analysis experience
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical users
- Experience supporting legal teams in high‑volume litigation environments
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Experience with AI‑powered legal technology solutions is highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently
