Job DescriptionVisa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. Systems Engineer (multiple openings) in New York, New York to:
- Architect, plan, and migrate legacy video conference infrastructure to the cloud.
- Support MTR and AV systems in conference rooms, auditoriums, studios, training rooms, and open collaboration spaces.
- Provide engineering support for live events using Microsoft Teams Live Events.
- Help administer and set policies for MS Teams, Microsoft Voice, and Audiocodes.
- Support telephony infrastructure for softphones and desk phones for end-users.
- Perform proof‑of‑concept (POC) tests and validation on new and emerging UCaaS and AV technologies.
- Provide tier 3 engineering support for escalated issues and resolve tickets within established SLAs.
- Establish global relationships and ensure regional handoffs are performed for escalated issues.
- Train IT helpdesk, Exec IT, engineers, and end‑users on how to use Microsoft Teams and MTRs.
- Create design documents, wikis, and how‑to instructions.
- Work with the Information Security Office to ensure solutions deployed meet Visa Security Requirements, provide technical assistance for investigation and analysis of security alerts, and maintain system security for voice and video systems.
- Provide project coordination and technical review for new office builds and refresh projects to ensure they adhere to company policy, are completed on time and within budget, meet the deliverables of the project while following change control procedures.
- Position reports to the New York, New York office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Basic Qualifications:
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, Broadcasting & Communications, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Systems Engineer - related occupation.
