Job Summary
MiQ is scaling its Social Media effort and seeks a Paid Social Manager to deliver world‑class execution, refine best practices, and help shape the future of Social at MiQ.
Responsibilities- Manage a growing portfolio of omnichannel clients on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Tik Tok, Linked In, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit, and more.
- Deliver strategic proposal responses highlighting native & MiQ Advanced Social capabilities, avails, pricing estimates, and benchmarks.
- Own all Social activation across campaigns: setup, creative trafficking, pixel development, and more—setting each campaign up for success from day one.
- Monitor pacing, performance, and profitability across all Paid Social campaigns.
- Pull data to build consolidated client‑facing reporting via Excel to highlight key data trends and insights.
- Use critical thinking and analytical skills to analyze complex data sets to make decisions that beat client goals.
- Support advanced measurement opportunities via native and third‑party solutions to tell bigger, omnichannel performance stories and exchange learnings between Social and Programmatic.
- Build processes, templates, and practices that scale operational excellence across responsibilities.
- Mentor and collaborate with junior team members, supporting your book of business to foster growth and elevation for you and teammates.
- Hard skills:
- Experience building and analyzing large datasets in Excel and BI tools.
- Experience managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Tik Tok, and Linked In (required). Preferred:
Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and/or X. - 3+ years of experience managing Paid Social Media campaigns.
- Experience supporting an agency setting covering several clients/product lines simultaneously.
- Preferred experience in key verticals:
Commerce/Retail, Travel, B2B, Pharma, Non‑Profit/Political.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $90,000–$100,000. This range may vary for positions outside of New York City and does not include bonus and commission structures.
