Duration: 12+ months contract (3 Days Onsite Hybrid Role)

The Firm is establishing a unified and efficient mobile technology framework to enhance productivity, foster best practices, and simplify our mobile workforce technology across the Firm. Over the next 18 months, concluding in 2027, we will review our corporate device landscape and provide replacements where required. You will play a key role as a Mobile Technology Standardization PMO.

• Create, manage, and maintain the work stream schedules
• Build migration schedules and waves
• Provide work stream meeting management
• Create and own work stream updates for the program steering packs
• RAID management
• Create status reports
• Provide support to the Program Management team as required
• Maintain project controls
• Manage project documentation
• Use program templates, best practices, and Share Point

• 10 years of Project Management / Project Management Office experience
• Recent experience of large scale End-User computing rollout programs
• Strong knowledge and experience of project life cycles and governance within large organizations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and build consensus
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong MS Excel skills, including working with large data sets (100k rows of data)
• Good MS Power Point and Visio skills
• Experience with technology projects and understanding of the complexities and issues associated with such initiatives
• Prior experience of working in financial services or consulting firm required
• Bachelor's Degree: nice to have
• Industry background: large enterprise-level organizations, especially banking/FS
• Years of experience: 7-15 years

• End User Project Management / End User Deployment PM experience (high volume projects & risk management)
• Typical PM background (not a SDLC PM)
• Ability to analyze large datasets via Excel
• Translate data into high-level executive summaries and presentations
• RAID Management (Risk, Issues, Assumptions, Dependencies)
• Well-rounded demeanor / People Person
• Strong communication skills with ability to adapt messaging to diverse stakeholders
• Proactive engagement in day-to-day activities (roll up sleeves)
• Jira experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• PMP or Agile Certifications
• Financial Services experience
• Mobile technology background experience (understanding of enterprise mobile stack)
• Consulting background
