About the role:

Our client, a fast-growing AI company, is looking for an Engagement Lead to support the rollout and adoption of new, evolving platform capabilities. This role focuses on guiding customers from early implementation through successful, stable usage while partnering closely with internal teams to ensure solutions meet real-world needs. This is a cross?functional role with significant ownership, working across product, engineering, and client-facing teams.

You’ll play a central role in aligning stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, and helping define how complex implementations are delivered as the business continues to grow. Responsibilities:
Lead deployments from handoff through launch and early adoption, helping ensure projects stay on track and meet agreed?upon outcomes. Support later-stage sales and onboarding efforts by contributing to discovery, scoping, and transition planning. Work with customers to clarify objectives, define workflows, outline success metrics, and guide tradeoff decisions. Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders across multiple teams while maintaining clear communication and momentum.

Collaborate with internal partners to drive configuration, readiness, and enablement activities. Share customer insights and implementation learnings with product and engineering to inform ongoing improvements. Help document best practices, templates, and repeatable approaches that improve efficiency and consistency over time.
