IT Support Specialist- NYC ON
-SITE Position Summary We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for end users. This role focuses on troubleshooting issues, supporting devices, and ensuring a smooth technology experience across the organization. Travel to Brooklyn occasionally Support 125 employees/providers Clinical background a must Responsibilities Set up and support laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues Assist with onboarding/offboarding, including user account setup Provide onsite and remote support to end users Support VPN and remote access issues Track equipment and update tickets in the system Follow security and compliance guidelines Escalate more complex issues as needed White glove treatment Qualifications Associate???s

degree or equivalent experience required 3+ years of IT support experience IN A CLINICAL SETTING Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Intune or similar is a must along with Endpoint Administrator Strong problem-solving and communication skills Organized and customer-focused IT Support Specialist- NYC ON
