Position: Enterprise Vendor / Project Management Specialist
Location: New York

Immediate contract opportunity for Enterprise Vendor / Project Management Specialist with direct client in New York, NY. The resource is required to have the following professional and technical qualifications. Only the applicants who hold these qualifications will be shortlisted and contacted. Academic

Qualifications:

• University degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in a business or technical field such as Vendor & Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience is acceptable in lieu of the advanced university degree
• Professional certifications in Vendor / Procurement Management (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) is required.
• Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Experience:

• At least five (5) years of Vendor and / or Project Management experience
• At least three (3) of those years in a global financial management institution
• Specific experience managing vendor risk and performance assessments, as well as managing contracts and sourcing initiatives.
• Specific experience managing projects with a recognized project management methodology.
• Experience designing reports and dashboards using modern business intelligence and reporting tools (preferably Microsoft Power BI) is highly desirable
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and problem-solving / analytical skills
• Experience with Third Party Risk Management tools and / or Project Management tools is desirable Language and other skills:
• For this position, advanced English is required
