IT Project & Support Specialist - Information Technology

Summary

Provide day-to-day L1 IT support for corporate and retail colleagues and coordinate operational logistics for new store openings. This role combines helpdesk support, basic device provisioning, and vendor coordination to ensure successful project delivery. The specialist tracks hardware deliveries and ISP installations, maintains project documentation, and escalates issues as needed.

• Provide L1 helpdesk support and basic device provisioning for corporate offices and retail stores.
• Track vendor progress, ISP installations, and hardware deliveries for new store openings.
• Coordinate hardware configurations and logistics with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, requirements, and status reports.
• Assist with employee onboarding and turnover to ensure access to business systems and timely resolution of requests.

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing IT projects across different geographies.
• Experience in IT support and helpdesk operations; retail experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, business applications, and project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proactive and resourceful.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field is a plus.
