• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
• Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

• Experience managing end-to-end partnerships.
• Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
• Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with partners.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

The mission of the You Tube Media Co Partnership team is to make You Tube the essential platform for viewing content from media partners by driving meaningful business and distribution. We are responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing distribution agreements with media and entertainment companies for You Tube’s subscription video businesses, including You Tube TV and You Tube Primetime Channels, as well as distributing ad-supported content across You Tube’s multiple formats and platforms to fuel those partners’ core businesses.

As a Global Media Co Partner Lead, your primary responsibility will be to develop agreement strategy, lead negotiations, and manage partnerships with You Tube’s top media and entertainment partners. You will lead agreements and partnerships across multiple lines of business, including You Tube TV and Primetime Channels. You will work closely with You Tube’s Product, Engineering, Marketing, Strategy, and Legal teams (among others) to resolve business issues, develop business strategies, inform product goals, and operationalize our plans through optimal agreement structures.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000‑$204,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Discuss agreements with top media partners for distribution on You Tube across multiple lines of business.
• Participate in all aspects of new business development, including sourcing, evaluating, drafting, and negotiating agreements.
• Collaborate with teams across You Tube and Google to ensure execution of agreements and initiatives, representing our partners and team.
• Contribute to the refinement of You Tube’s strategy, including presentations for executive management and to the broader organization.
• Manage executive partnerships.
