Job Description
:
We are seeking a Computer Support Specialists / Network Engineer to serve for an individual who has lived experience with Firewalls & Security:
Palo Alto (PA-3K to PA-5K), Fortinet, Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) Cloud Networking:
Azure VNets, NSGs, Cloudflare Workers & Zero Trust


Responsibilities
:

• Support others going through similar life challenges they once experienced.
• Assist individuals in developing the skills and resources they need to live an independent and productive life in the community.
• Helps consumers as they transition from one level of care to another.
• Reports to an administrative superior and is responsible for providing comprehensive patient care services that support the integrity of the Department of Health and Human Services – Division of Mental Health and Substance Abuse.
• Interview’s patients, clients, family members and/or persons deemed necessary to obtain the most complete case history.

Minimum Requirements

• Network & Security Engineer with hands-on expertise in enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto Networks PA-3K–5K, Fortinet) and Zero Trust access (Zscaler ZIA/ZPA).
• Strong in cloud networking (Microsoft Azure VNets, NSGs; Cloud flare Workers), routing & switching (Arista Networks EOS, OSPF, BGP), enterprise wireless (Aruba Networks Clear Pass, WI-Fi
  6), automation (Ansible, Python, REST APIs), monitoring (Solar Winds, Nagios, Net Flow, SNMP), and ITSM (Service Now).
