Required Skills:

• Strong scripting skills in Power Shell and Python
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, Terraform, and Packer
• Virtualization expertise with platforms like ESXi or Open Stack
• AWS operational experience including EC2, S3, Lambda, and ELB
• Windows administration skills along with basic Linux navigation
• Fundamental networking concepts and troubleshooting abilities
• Basic understanding of security protocols like HTTPS and TLS
• Familiarity with distributed systems architecture
• Experience with remote access protocols such as RDP or Citrix (a plus)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of telemetry, logging, and monitoring improvements
• Performance tuning and system optimization experience
• Disaster recovery planning and testing in cloud and on-prem environments
• Adoption of best practices in cloud and infrastructure management

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Proven experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or related role
• Background working with virtualization and cloud infrastructure
• Demonstrated success in automation and scripting projects

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing to work in a hybrid onsite setup, three days per week, at the New York location
• Prior experience with infrastructure deployment and maintenance in cloud environments is essential
• Strong communication skills and proactive troubleshooting approach
