Senior Sourcing Lead, Hardware

A global, technology driven organization is hiring a Senior Sourcing Lead - Hardware to own one of its most complex and strategically critical spend categories. This role is designed for a senior procurement leader who has personally led large-scale, multi-billion dollar hardware sourcing programs, spanning compute, servers, networking, storage, and enterprise infrastructure. You will operate as a strategic partner to infrastructure engineering and finance leadership, shaping long-term hardware strategy while navigating global supply chain risk, OEM relationships, and refresh-cycle economics.

• Own and execute the enterprise-wide hardware category strategy
• Drive cost optimization across large-scale hardware spend while balancing resilience and lead-time risk
• Partner directly with senior infrastructure engineering, finance, and executive stakeholders
• Oversee and mentor sourcing managers and buyers across multiple geographies
• Build long-term strategic relationships with OEMs and key hardware suppliers
• Act as a trusted advisor on all major hardware investment and refresh-cycle decisions

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing / procurement with deep technology hardware expertise
• Demonstrated ownership of nine-figure to multi-billion dollar hardware contracts
• Experience negotiating enterprise-level agreements across compute, networking, and storage
• Background from Big Tech or top-tier financial services / trading environments
• Proven ability to influence senior technology and executive leadership
