• Shape the foundation of the company s data science culture and infrastructure from the ground up without legacy tech debt.
• Direct influence on product direction by working side-by-side with stakeholders to solve critical business problems with ML.

• Frame ambiguous business questions as technical ML problems and design end-to-end solutions to address them.
• Develop, deploy, and monitor machine learning models in a production environment using Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Collaborate directly with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure models deliver measurable value and drive decision-making.

• Strong fluency in Python and core data science libraries including pandas, scikit-learn, and either PyTorch or Tensor Flow.
• Proven track record of taking at least one machine learning model from initial concept to deployment for real-world users.
• Experience or interest in modern data tools like dbt and advanced techniques involving NLP or Large Language Models.
