Chief Technology Officer; CTO

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and development efforts in a fast-growing SaaS company. The CTO will drive innovation, oversee product engineering, and ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our software solutions. This role requires a deep technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to align technology with business goals.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the engineering, product development, and IT teams to build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance SaaS solutions.
• Oversee software architecture and infrastructure, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Establish best practices for software development, deployment, and Dev Ops methodologies.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and system integrity in line with industry standards.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align technology initiatives with market needs.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Attract, develop, and retain top technology talent, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Manage technology budgets and optimize resources to maximize efficiency and ROI.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a CTO or senior technical leadership role within a SaaS company.
• Proven track record of scaling SaaS platforms, implementing cloud-based solutions (Azure), and leading Agile development teams.
• Expertise in software architecture, microservices, APIs, and modern development frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOC
  2).
• Hands‑on experience with Dev Ops, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience working in a high-growth, fast‑paced environment, balancing innovation with execution.
